Scheduling & Appointments
Cleaning appointments are scheduled based on availability and customer preference. Appointment times are estimated arrival windows and may occasionally be adjusted because of traffic, weather, previous service delays, or scheduling changes.
We recommend scheduling services in advance to ensure preferred appointment availability.
Property Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring our cleaning team has safe and timely access to the property during the scheduled appointment time.
If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, additional charges or rescheduling fees may apply.
Cleaning Conditions
